Job Description
First Commis Chef is responsible to ensure all requirements for flights are prepared as per the production
plan provided. First Commis chef also has to ensure that meals prepared are as per standard recipes and
within HACCP guidelines.
Key performance indicators is to Maintain quality, all of his responsibility should be provided on time with Zero delays and all meals prepared by him should be as per airline specifications and as per HACCP guidelines.

The applicant should have a graduate with certificate in hotel management / Catering unit, with a minimum of 2 year experience in hospitality industry and should also be able to communicate in English. Position offered would be based on the candidate’s experience.
