Educational Qualification / Experience:

Graduate with 1-2 years of work experience in travel industry.

Job Description

ü Provide solutions to customers on first contact.
ü Provide support on the entire range of Galileo's product line to customers.
ü Handle queries from the customers etc.
ü Resolve quires at their level only and in minimum possible time.
ü Answer calls within three rings.
ü Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff for immediate attention.
ü Understand specific needs of the customers.
ü Inform customers about new products and promotions.
ü Escalate all unresolved calls to supervisor and ensure that the issue is resolved.
ü Regularly update agents on the status of their problems in case of open calls and pending problems.
ü Ensure that the pending problems get resolved.
ü Enter all the calls received in the SLCM.
ü Maintain a record of Problem tickets.
ü All open Problem tickets should be checked/ updated.
ü Raise all Problem tickets.
ü Keep abreast of all new developments and products.
ü Attend relevant training programs.
