The Banarsidas Chandiwala Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology (BCIHMCT) will organise the 11th Chandiwala Hospitality Ensemble from October 10-12, 2012 at its premises in New Delhi. The three-day event will witness various culinary competitions and seminars showcasing talent of hospitality students from India and abroad.
The aim of this event is to provide a platform to budding hospitality executives to display their skills and give them an opportunity to refine and enrich the same.
