Job Description
1. Verify and confirm materials are to specification.
2. Arrange sample tests as per sampling procedure.
3. Witness and verify Equipment layouts.
4. Verify quality of construction activities like Erection, Testing and Commissioning.
5. Co-ordinate for quality documents with respect to Erection/Testing/Commissioning works and keep the same ready to furnish to clients / consultants, if called for as per approved QAP(s) / specific contractual obligations for final acceptance of the work.
6. Make note(s) of deviation(s) from conformance observed and bring to the notice of the QA Manager.
7. Process Non Conformance Reports - NCR(s) and assure the closure of the same with stipulated requirements in shortest possible time
8. Reports directly to the QA/QC Incharge
9. Manages all the files
10. Preparation of red-line drawings
