Job Description
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the overall Projects Function of the Company
• Responsible for getting project design on time from the Design company.
• Project Budgeting, Vendor Selection & Project Management.
• Involved in selection of projects related materials.
• Project Planning.
• Co-ordinator Renovation Projects / Restaurants
• Monitor progress of projects budget and works
• Ensure Quality of works.
• Project execution and timely delivery.
o Co-ordination with contractors
o Co-ordination with Project Mngt Consultants
o Co-ordination with client & developers
o Co-ordination with interior designers
o Approvals of purchase orders
• Closely co-ordinate with PMC / Contractor for resolution of any site related issues.
• Follow-up with Accounts for release of payments for various agencies.
