The Candidate:
Ideally graduate, having 1-2 years of working experience in Airline / Travel / Hospitality industry along with recognized IATA / Airline Basic Tariff Course and International Fares and Ticketing Certificate.

Diploma in International Airline Ticketing and GDS like Amadeus/Sabre/Worldspan/Apollo. Night Shifts. Experience on USA process a plus.

- Responsible for handling international ticketing.
- Should have complete knowledge of all aspects of fares & reservations.
- Issuance, Reissuance & Refund of Tickets.

Handling independently all reservation queries, Construct Fares that are competitive for the customer and leave a margin for the company.


Issue all kinds of tickets Offer and promote other travel affiliated products like Insurance, limo pick - up / drop - off, International driving licence, Marhaba Services, car - hire, hotel accommodation etc. Liaise with Airlines for seats and oneoff special deals. To advice and guide junior colleagues. Handle upset customers with courtesy and understanding
