The Position:

-To contribute to the generation of revenue and service of customers by providing a high quality, fast, efficient and friendly customer service for reservations, ticketing, fares and telephone sales queries.
-To offer/sell all Emirates special products, promotional activities and special offers.•To convert travel agent calls and enquiries for sales and constantly look for ‘sales opportunities’ when servicing customers through cross selling, up selling etc.
-To offer ongoing support to management in achieving Service Quality Level (SQL) targets.
-To be able to calculate fares by the application of currency regulations, using the normal published rates. •To be able to project the “EK image” at all times by being fully conversant with market and industry information.
-To perform duties as assigned by Pax Sales & Service Supervisor or Sales Manager

Experience and Qualifications:

• University Graduate
• Must have completed basic fares and ticketing and intermediate fares and ticketing
• 4 years previous experience in sales/reservation or similar experience within a recognized airline or travel agency.
