Job Description
1) Responsible for welcoming, escorting & assisting Guests in arrival & departure transfer
2) Assist the guest at the time of check in and check out at hotel
3) Brief the guests about their complete tour itinerary
4) Reconfirm the flight, hotel, vehicle and all other details, before transfer
5) Assist the client in all possible ways in consultation with the file handler and DM Services
6) Provide clients' feedback to the operation team
