SiteMinder is a young, innovative and rapidly growing technology organisation whose web based products have taken the online travel industry by storm and now lead the market.
They are currently seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manger to join their team and help grow the business. Based in the Sydney CBD, you will be responsible for identifying and driving business with in the Oceania region.
Your role includes:
• Identifying and pursuing key sales opportunities
• Manage a sales pipeline with a suitable profile
• Account management of key client accounts
• Develop industry relationships
• Conduct sales and product presentations
• Negotiation and renewal of key client contracts
• Achievement of monthly sales targets
• Increase business profile through networking and product awareness
To be considered for this role it is essential that you have:
• Minimum of 5 years business development experience
• Proven sales track record
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, ability to engage with different levels
• Proven ability to negotiate and close complex deals
• Articulate with a high level of oral and written communication skills
• Strong Business acumen and analytical skills
• High level of presentation skills
• Highly organised and self motivated
Business Development experience with in the Travel Sector will be highly regarded.
