JOBS| National Account Manager - Travel

Your job responsibilities would include:

*Relationship Management for the major clients of the organization
* Provide all travel related service to the clients(Tickets, VISA, travel documentation etc )
*Manage a team of travel counselors and implant heads who service various accounts/clients.
*Analyze business trends of the various clients/accounts and help in negotiating deals with service providers such as Airlines, Insurance companies, Car rental companies to provide optimal savings.
*Payment Reconciliation
*Resolve Customer Service Issues

Desired Candidate Profile

You need to have min 3-4 years of exp having worked with a travel agency or with an organization providing travel services to the corporate. You should be aware of the various travel services prevailing in the market and should have very good interpersonal skills. You should be able to provide 100% customer satisfaction.
Skills like Selling,negotiating,convincing and operational capabilities in the potential candiate would be preferred.
