- Must have excellent computer skills
- Must have excellent verbal skills

- A people oriented individual, extrovert and good at building relationships
Key responsibilities: - Assisting guests at the counter and giving them options for travel as per their needs and requirements
- Issuing tickets
- Handling guest calls regarding reservations, fares, various schemes and the frequent flyer programme
- Preparing daily and weekly Sales reports
