The Role The selected candidates will sell the Qatar Airways product, serve customers professionally through telephone or in person, in order to achieve customer satisfaction and generate revenue. Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years of travel industry work experience, with a sound knowledge in IATA standard reservation & ticketing procedures.

Experience in telephone sales, excellent interpersonal skills and good oral and written communication in English are essential requirements of the job. Exposure to AMADEUS system will be an advantage.
