Mumbai-based Golden Tours is set to launch women-centric shopping tours to Thailand from October. Sameer Shah, Proprietor, Golden Tours, said, “We have witnessed a trend of women wanting to travel without their husbands and children, and engage in shopping experiences in international destinations.
Combining these two trends, we have decided to launch three trips to Thailand for women alone in groups of 40 each. It will be a five-day package with three nights in Bangkok, which is Thailand’s shopping paradise, and two days in Pattaya for a refreshing travel experience. The trip will approximately be priced at Rs 32,000 per head. We already have tied up with clothing and other shopping-product manufacturers in Bangkok and wish to provide the best shopping experience for our women travellers.”
