Candidate will be responsible for handling
customer queries related to reservation and ticketing. Responsible for extensive communication with customers for booking, reservations, cancellation of Air Tickets. Responsible for fare calculation, refunds & understanding fare rules. Ability to work in challenging environment and requires working in rotational shift hours.
