Hilton Worldwide has signed a management agreement to introduce Hilton Garden Inn Tabuk, its first hotel in Tabuk, the capital city of the Tabuk Province in North Western KSA (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia).
The hotel will be developed conveniently close to the main Tabuk Highway and will have easy access to KSA’s international neighbours to the North. The 110-room hotel,
the second Hilton Garden Inn in KSA, will include 10 suites and feature a fitness centre, swimming pool, an all-day dining restaurant and lobby lounge.

The new hotel, expected to open winter 2013, will also feature business facilities including a boardroom, two meeting rooms and a business centre, for Tabuk’s growing business community.
Rudi Jagersbacher, president, Hilton Worldwide, Middle East & Africa, said, “KSA presents promising development opportunities for us. Today’s signing is key as we enter another new Saudi city and embed our expansion strategy to provide quality services and products to the market. As Tabuk’s prominence as a commercial centre grows, we are inspired to grow with it.”
The announcement, in partnership with owners Adex Contracting Maintenance & Operations, will be Hilton Worldwide’s 15th pipeline hotel in KSA, and highlights the company’s growing position as the hospitality operator of choice in KSA. Within three years, Hilton Worldwide expects to grow its current portfolio of six hotels in KSA to 21 properties, offering an additional 9300 rooms to the country.
