HVS founded by Steve Rushmore in 1980, has promoted Stephen Rushmore, Jr to the position of CEO and President. In this capacity Rushmore, Jr will manage the global operations of the company, its offices and services. He joined the firm in 2002 and has been instrumental in growing the company and building business applications to better support the needs of HVS clients. He is state-certified as a licensed appraiser, and lectures about hospitality valuation throughout the world.
