*Strong Customer Services and Analytical Skills.
*IATA/UFTA Qualified would be given preference.
Job Description
We are a call centre based Travel Agency dealing only in retail.
A part of a group that consolidates over 50 airlines we can deal with any query all in house.
This truly is an opportunity NOT to be missed, also taking your travel knowledge and sales techniques to a whole new level.
We only require:
• A high standard of English oral and written
• Experience within Travel Sales
• A high standard of customer service
• Qualifications and experience with at least one Central Reservation Sytem (CRS), Worldspan (Preferable), Amadeus, Sabre or Galileo
Being a well established name within the Industry we have a very competitive working team. You need to be able to work well under pressure (at times), good punctuality and the hunger and drive to complete and surpass sales targets.
We offer a great SALARY + COMMISSION and a regular incentive plan. Along with this we offer internal training, great support and the best set of tools to work with.
