• Managing a Team QEs for aligned Processes.
• Keeping a Track on Process Trends.
• Analyze and Report Trends in Agents/Process performance
• Recommend initiatives to improve transaction Quality through new quality tools and Motivational approach.
• Initiate Strategic projects to improve Agent productivity
• Creating and Analyzing QC Reports.
• Documentation for QC.
• Analyze Complaints – as applicable
• Participate in quality systems improvement activities
