Accor Hospitality launches toll free number for India

Accor Hospitality has launched a toll free number (1860-500-2020) for customers in India to make reservations at its network of over 4,000 hotels and nearly five lakh rooms in almost 100 countries.

The new call centre has been inaugurated in Pune, Maharashtra and manages central reservations for all Accor brands including Sofitel, Pullman, MGallery, Novotel, Mercure, Suitehotel, Ibis, all seasons. This will lend support to the existing booking channel of accorhotels.com.
